The FHEA data includes information about the county in which the violation(s) occurred. We can use the county and state names to find records for these counties in another data set. In this case, we're using County data from dbpedia.org

This query assumes that the name and state of a county in the US uniquely identifies that county. This happens to be true; it would be difficult indeed to manage if some state had two counties with the same name.
